There are so many amazing places you can stay around Orlando, Florida! With a thriving night life, central location to the state, and proximity to multiple theme parks, Orlando is a total tourist hotspot! While we personally love lots of the places around Orlando, this post is dedicated one of our most chill overnight stays ever! Winter Park, Florida has tree-lined streets, historic charm, and access to nearby lakes! Take a drive through the town to see its lush gardens and make a stop at the well kept parks! There’s even a local college and a couple of museums! We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Park Avenue at the restaurants, coffee shop, and boutique shops. Our little ones especially loved grabbing a gelato there and hitting up the beautiful park located in the middle of it all! We stayed one night in Winter Park during one of the busiest times of year. But one thing we didn’t notice was TOURISTS! If you can stay one night on the front or back end of your trip in this part of town, we highly recommend! Plus, doing so could save you some serious money too! We saved over half of what we would have paid to stay close to our cruise port by staying more inland and away from the busiest part of town. Winter Park has a serene and sophisticated atmosphere. It is the perfect place to recharge after a long day of traveling. I just know y’all will love it too! . .
